We hope this site gives you a good overview of what is available but if you need further details or require additional help please contact us as follows:

Email –  send an email with details of your issue or request to Support@courtauld.ac.uk. Please include as much information as you can in the email so we are able to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Your email will be logged on our system and you will be allocated a ticket number for that issue. Please quote the number when contacting the IT unit about your ticket.

In Person – Social Distancing permitting – we aim to provide some primary IT Support at the Library & IT Help Desk situated in the Library in Vernon Square.

The Library & IT Help Desk will be able to assist you with

  • Connecting to the Wi-Fi
  • Issues with the projectors and microphones in the teaching spaces
  • Setting up your print account
  • Logging into your account and
  • Helping you log a ticket with IT Service desk for more advanced issues and requests.

Where necessary the Library & IT Helpdesk staff will escalate the call on to the IT Service Desk who will then deal with the issue or request.

IT support is available:

Support Hours Term Time

IT Service Desk           9:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Library & IT Helpdesk   9:30 – 19:00

Please note the Library will be closed for cleaning between 13:15 – 13:45 and 17:30-1800
